Monica E. Crafts

Monica Crafts is an Executive Search Consultant with The Carvir Group.  She is a business professional with over twenty (20) years of marketing, operations, and project management experience. As a native Georgian, Monica graduated from Agnes Scott College and continued her studies at Georgia State University School of Business.

Monica was the president and founder of Avery Crafts Associates, a software development and marketing company. In addition to technical marketing development and training, Avery Crafts Associates is credited with the development of numerous 3-D graphics technologies utilized in motion picture special effects.

As a community volunteer, Monica has developed and conducted job and entrepreneur training programs for inner city youth in South Central Los Angeles. She has also worked with Second Wind Dreams, an organization that fulfills the dreams of nursing home residents. Additionally, Monica served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Prevent Child Abuse Newton for four years. In 2006, she was the recipient of the Michael Axelrod Distinguished Volunteer Award for her work in child abuse prevention.
