Randal J. Wilson

Randal Wilson is Director of Business Development with the Carvir Group. He a results-oriented, self-starter with executive recruiting, government affairs, mortgage banking, business development, community development and project and political campaign management experience.  Randal is a consummate, professional business executive with solid skills and a track record of accomplishments.

Prior to his present role, Randal was Manager of Government Affairs with CompuCredit Holdings Corporation in Atlanta, where he implemented and managed federal and state legislative strategic and tactical objectives.  Randal has over 20 years in the Financial Services industry having worked for Met Life Insurance Company, First Metropolitan Mortgage Corp., and over 10 years with Bank of America.

Randal is active in the community and serves on the board of the Antioch Urban Ministry, BeThursday Development Corporation and the Virgil Fludd Scholarship Foundation.  Mr. Wilson is a past president of the Urban Financial Services Coalition-Atlanta Chapter.  He is a member of the SHRM and NAAAHR Atlanta Chapters.

Randal earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Western Kentucky University, in Bowling Green, KY.  He is married with two children.
